Athletes are artists in the sense that they are masters of their craft. Day in and day out they practice competing to be the best, while doing it in style. I relate from growing up grinding hoops, and maintaining that fire whenever I step on the court today. As an artist I feel the same can be applied to everyday practice, that way you sharpen your skills to reach your best. My love for sports inspires me to convey the moments, rhythm, and legacy derived from the field.

Mike Jones x Josh Christopher Houston Rockets Collaboration
In Fall of 2022 I had the opportunity to work creatively with NBA guard Josh Christopher, and the Houston Rockets. Together over the summer of 2022 Josh and I developed themes that resonated with himself and the city of Houston, as I executed the digital assets and artwork necessary for a limited time in person release at the Toyota Center. My artwork got displayed on hoodies and long-sleeve tees for all Houstonians who attended to enjoy and appreciate, along with all items being sold out during the open practice event. This is a project I will never forget!
